Driven by a deep-seated passion for the corporate world and its challenges, as well as for ancient languages, philosophy and history, and supported by a rich executive background, I have developed innovative and advanced skills to guide the lasting success of leaders and their teams.

An Executive Committee Member in the New Technologies sector, I also taught The Art of Entrepreneurship at Sciences Po Paris—a course proudly under the patronage of Mr. François Michelin—and at Paris Dauphine University.
As the creator of Learning Expeditions into the Digital World, designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and supporting start-ups and executive committees, I combine practical experience with academic insight.
An alumnus of HEC, Langues O' Paris, and the Sorbonne, I studied Philosophy and History.
My personal and professional journey, alongside the creation and development of DoLquest Systemic, DoLquest TeamIN, and DoLquest ENERGIE, together with their incredible teams, have allowed me to refine my contributions over the years. My current approaches also draw on my past experiences as a business leader and entrepreneur, as well as the skills I developed as an educator, business and team coach, and strategic consultant.

Today, I lead the development of the DoLquest Systemic Academy, working with the Experts, who are systemic coaches and consultants and share the rigor and standards of excellence that match the pioneering spirit of DoLquest Systemic. This remarkable third-generation questionnaire is uniquely suited to address the complexities of today’s world.
In addition, I leverage my expertise to design innovative approaches essential for the growth and well-being of leaders, teams, and organizations. These initiatives are perfectly aligned with the expertise I have cultivated through both my professional and personal endeavors. An example? Every language reflects a unique vision of the world. The worldview expressed in ancient Chinese differs profoundly from that of Sanskrit or Italian. Understanding these varied perspectives enriches my ability to grasp the singularity and depth of each individual and organization I work with. This insight, in turn, enables me to support actions that are both just and sustainable.
Yesterday, as today, my guiding principle remains unchanged: to uncover hidden resources and elevate the awareness of individuals, teams, and organizations, empowering them to chart their own paths toward growth and fulfillment.
I have had the privilege of successfully supporting leaders and teams from major industrial groups (Alstom, Philips, DCNS-Naval Group, Toshiba, Thales, Renault SA…) as well as dynamic, fast-growing companies (SQLI, Lavazza, Fleishman-Hillard, Parc Astérix, Atempo-Quadratec, Teambox…) during pivotal moments of transition, where overcoming challenges was critical.
In such situations, autopilot is never enough—it is the people within the organization who truly make the difference.
